what do you mean broken? cracked? touch unresponsive? you have to take it to a sony service center.

i see, well you can go to your nearest sony service center to repair your phone, remember that this may not be covered by your warranty and may take a long time to repair since a hardware replacement is needed.. try to look for sony center near you through the link above.

May I just ask if the xperia mini screen is scratch free glass? I just recently take off the matte screen protector of my Xperia mini, and some owner says it is scratch free and some says it is not. So do you recommend having a screen protector (though without screen protector the image seems  smoother)?

Yes, the screen is scratch resistant, take note, RESISTANT, not scratch proof, so eventually one way or another it would be scratched.

yes I do recommend to have a screen protector. and I agree that without the screen protector, the screen is brilliant but would you risk that?
