Phone went blank while upgrading to ICS. Pls help...

Hi,

I have purchased Neo V this week and have tried to upgrade to ICS using PCC, however midway through the installation I was directed to remove the USB and switch off the phone and then press the 'back' button and then connect the usb cable to PCC. However while doing, a message popped up on PCC that the update is aborted and since then the phone has turned blank.

I have tried several times to restart the phone as well as connect to PCC, however the phone is BLANK.

Kindly inform steps to resolve this problem. This is my first Android and look forward to your support to restart the phone.
