I have the above Vaio and have the above issues 😞
Had the computer since May 2010, The bluetooth was working fine but for some reason has stopped working. Under devices I have a bluetooth peripheral device with 'troubleshoot' highlighted but when trying to sort I get the message that the driver is incompatible with my version of windows !! I'm on windows 7 and the bluetooth was built into the laptop so I'm lost as to what the peripheral device is ! When exploring the computer the enumerator and foxcon radio thingy all say they are working properly. Bluetooth is turned on but no devices (iphone) csn find the laptop and the laptop doesn't find any devices. From new I was using a bluetooth mouse without any issues !
On the subject of the touchpad , this has a mind of its own. I only need to hover above it and the pointer is going all over the place selecting stuff clicking stuff off, totally unusable.
I have download latest drivers for both the above, uninstalled them and re-installed them all have been no help and not fixed either issue.
Please help as this laptop was top money but I'm struggling to use it 😞
