SINCE LONG TIME I BOUGHT MY (VGN-SZ1M/B) WITH BUILT IN VAIO RECOVERY TOOL I DID FORMAT MANY TIMES BUT THE LAST ONE I DID COMPLETE HARD DRIVE FORMAT AND THE RECOVERY PARTION WAS DELETED.... AND ALSO THE DVD's NOT WORKING AT ALL..... SO,, WHAT I HAVE TO DO TO GET THE RECOVERY PARTION BACK ..... THANKS,

Do you get any error messages when you try to boot from the recovery DVDs?

You could try copying the DVDs on another computer and see if the copies work.

Otherwise you need to contact Vaio Support and purchase a replacement recovery disc set.

YES, THERE ARE MANY ERRORS MESSAGES AND THE DVD SET ALREADY DAMAGED

HOW I CAN CONTACT THE VAIO TO PURCHASE A RECOVERY DISK...

Enter your Vaio's Serial Number in the boxes on the left.

Click on 'Get in Touch'

Click on 'Out-of-Warranty Service'

Look for Telephone Support under contact options.
