I have just filled in & posted my claim. I was looking all over the place for my Guarantee. Finally spoke to a guy at the Sony shop & he said that the thing to send off is the small leaflet that comes with the TV and tells you information about the guarantee. There isn't anything that says this is a 12 month guarantee or anything like that.
