Hi, I noticed that notification LED is not working for Messages, Emails and GMail notification. I remembered it was configurable color LED around the Home button.

Please advice how to resolve the problem?

When I wan listening to my music, or I can say is when the played music change to next music,the notification LED doesn't light up.

Who can help me to solve this problem?

The weird thing is this LED is normal operation if a call comes in or the screen is still in open status. This error is encountered in all the classic models such as Xperia Arc S, Xperia pro, Xperia ray, Xperia Neo V. To LED light this notice to normal activities the user can install temporary program SMSAwake from Play Store.

I ran the tests (typed *#*#7378423#*#* etc.)

LED/illumination is not working.

before i go to service center. Shall i know what could be the problem?

Since it is a software bug, there is nothing you can do to solve the problem by yourself.

- Repair/reinstall of ICS won't help.

- Third party apps (e.g. "Light Flow" or "Illumination Bar Notification") won't help.

- Customer support won't tell what is the cause and when it will be solved.

Downgrading your device back to 2.3.x GB is the only solution for the moment - at your own expence of course!

AWFUL Support from SONY, today 26-12-2012, still no software update to solve this and GSM/UMTS selection bugs, to say a few. Will we ever see an update from SONY?
