Jelly bean update even though it's ROOTED ?

Just wanna ask, if my Xperia Go is ROOTED can i still RECEIVE Jelly Bean update ?

Yes. You can.

You'll get all your phone's official update unless you unlock your phone's bootloader.

And rooting doesn't matter, you'll get the official update.

Unlock the phone's bootloader ? If I clear the apps the data, does it mean I unlock it ? What do you mean by unlock bootloader ?

No it doesn't mean unlocking bootloader.
