I bought a WH-10000XM3 yesterday. When I start it, the noice cancelling function seems to jump in and out a few times, maybe once every 30-60 seconds. It leads to a chiming sound ("ding ding") and the feed cutting out.
Is it supposed to do that?

Hello @TobiasRodak,
what you are describing seems to be the "adaptive noise cancellation" which changes the mode depending on the detected activity (walking/sitting...).
You can deactivate it in the Headphones Connect app.

Agreed, it sounds like it's switching between detected activities such as "sitting" "walking" etc.
Set to always NC in the app for full NC

Thank you very much, that helped! (I had trouble logging in and was not able to send my thanks earlier.)
