Hi there,
I recently got a Sony HT-s350 to go with our XH80, the sound bar does this thing where, if it is left to go on standby (paused TV for 10+ minutes, power TV on in morning) the volume is at 64 (max) I can't figure out why this is doing this.
It's connected by the HDMI (Arc) connection.
Does anyone know?
Many thanks.
Josh
Have you tried unplugging and disconnecting all cables from the TV to let it depower?
Unfortunately it didn't work , it just goes straight to 70 volume after not being used for like 20 minutes, it's fine when its constant use, it's almost like it's default volume is 70
Hey, have you tried resetting the soundbar? Manual page 34: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/4748/2fb27a773da57d8c50eba110d2f33ac3/47487581M...
