My son's account age

My son's account age says that he is 13 or 14 I don't know but he turned 18 December 22nd of 2019. We want to change the age so he can manage his own account and so he can change his online id. He doesn't like his current one at all. Please email my son's email at [edited by moderator to remove personal details] or respond. Thank you.
