Hi I brought a Sony A6000  camera 4/7/17 there was a £50 cash back I sent a photo of my receipt plus serial number on box I had email off Sony saying was not valid because they could not see date of purchase so  I resent photos showing  date have had no reply and on the email I had off Sony said you have 10 day to claim from date of purchase.

Good news indeed, but why does it take 28 days? Bank transfers usually can be done the same day!

Hello there

I have a similar issue, I recieved an email over a week ago asking for my bank details to be confirmed, replied with relevant info and heard nothing since. 

Have tried to check on-line and its not likeing my case number - seems to be an error on the site?

Hi. Email them again with a copy of your receipt it is a right game trying to get your cash back I got mine in the end so keep on to them good luck

....and again I have to say USE A TELEPHONE if you have any doubts or concerns,

or even just to confirm they have received your emails and also that your claim is being processed.
