I have a Sony AF9 and just tried to run the Prime Video app.
However, when I click on the icon I just get a blank screen and nothing else!
Is there some way to reset or reinstall the app or anything else that might solve the problem?

It is sorted!
Last night I tried to access Netflix and got the same thing - blank screen - and I know that should work as used it plenty of times!
I unplugged it and then back on and this seems to have fixed both.
Phew!
