Another Sony TV bricked by this update. No word from Sony to help out their customers.

I hear that using a VPN sometimes does that. It's not something that's officially supported by Sony as far as I know.

yes but not all the time.but still reeboots I’ve phoned Sony up and told all this and done factory reset and hard reset but still no joy I’m sure it’s the new update they sent out even other members having the same issue told Sony all this now there saying they carnt do nothing because warranty ran out so Sony thanks a lot for the new update what’s defected my tv.will not ever buy another product from you again!!!
Keep at them, I’ll be screenshotting all these comments and showing them how out of line they are.
Well been on the phone to them once again.still getting the same story there’s nothing wrong with new update and it’s a hardware fault.but how did it work perfect before the new update once again lost it with customer service so put phone down .come on guys there something we can do who is having same problems
