Where did the group message go in Nougat?
I mean over all the Nougat update is great but small things like flickering issues when you do camera videos and SwiftKey makes this phone not user friendly
So change SwiftKey back to Sony Keyboard
Put back groups menu
Fix the flicker in the videos
And fix the problem that the camera takes pics in the pocket

After many tries, I simply can't write and send a group message. How do I create a group? And when I have written the message how do I send it to a group? When I tap at a kontakt, I found the choose-group line in the button, then I created a new group and marked the group box. But what do I do then? Sorry my pour english🤣

From my quick testing, it looks like one could use the Google Contacts app to access the groups that they've created and then send a group message. This app is restricted to certain devices (Nexus and Pixel devices I believe), but it can still be downloaded from a site like APK Mirror. You'll have to sideload it, but it works fine on my X Compact. I know that this is installing another app and the stock Sony one should have this feature, but at least it's a workaround. As a note, I'm not sure if this app will get updated through the Play Store since you have to sideload it.
