Headphones not responding

I'm using a Tablet S, my earphones arent responding since ay ear. I've tried several fixes mentioned on this forum: smart connect, soundabout, reset.. 

Can someone help me?

Since i downloaded smart connect, it gives a very weak sound trough my headphonea. So I think it might be software?

Boot in safe mode and see if you experience the same issue.
