Will my warrenty be voided?

i have got a Vaio, VPCEB1EOE and its running  really slow and crashing all the time, its still in the warenty but they just wanna reinstal my computer and to be honest, it will only bring back the problem when i put the programs back on it, if i get a memory upgrade will it void my warrenty??? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!

You will not invalidate your warranty as long as you follow Sony's instructions carefully.

However it rather sounds like it is the software you are adding that is causing the problems.

Thanks, but i dont see what i could have on it that would sloww it down, its literally got itunes, office, printer drivers and anti virus, do you think a memory upgrade will speed up my pc anyway?
