Try this: -

Start, All Programs, ArcSoft WebCam Companion 3, and WebCam Companion 3.

Let us know if you can't find it in the list of programs.

HI thanks for replying heres the story my hard drive wasnt working evening the recovery wasnt working so i got a friend to whipe everything the only thing he couldnt find was the webcam software is it possible to have a link for the webcam software please so i can install it please thanks

In that case, it is not so simple as the ArcSoft software is not availabe for download.
