this is the limit of my knowledge and i dont know what to do, help!!?
Hi EpicLuke and welcome.
You need to install the correct camera driver - it looks like Windows has installed a generic USB driver.
Go to the Support Pages for your Vaio and open the "Preinstalled Drivers and Utilities" section.
http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/VGN-FZ21Z/updates
Download the Preinstalled Drivers Package and when downloaded, right-click on the F21_Drivers.zip file and choose 'Extract All'. Extract to a location like C:\Drivers where you can find them. Install the Camera Driver (Ricoh) by running the DPInst32.exe inside the file (or DPInst64.exe if you have a 64-bit system).
Good Luck
