Periodically the VAIO Smart Network window pops up and starts flashing when I am already connected to the Internet. It doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes flashes continually for several minutes. Does anyone know why this happens. Could it be that someone is trying to hack into my computer? Any help with this problem would be much appreciated. Thanks
