I have a VGN-NW20EF and lately it's been freezing and distorting the sound on DVDs and online videos like Youtube. I updated the graphics drivers and that helped a little, but it's still happening and last night it got so bad that twice in the space of ten minutes it froze and I had to remove the battery to make it stop.
What's can I do?
