Sony Valo Power Button Constantly on?

Hi, the power button of my Sony Valo is constantly on, despite it not being turned on/power plugged in/and battrey run down?

Anyone have any ideas why it's doing this and how I can stop it?

Has it always been like this or has something changed?

It sounds like a hardware problem and you may be best contacting Vaio Support to see if they have seen this problem before as a repair may be needed.
