hi there

i am having problems with my vaios blue tooth,

i tried connecting my new phone to it via bluetooth, the vaio finds my phone but says it needs trouble shooting

i do this but it says it cant find drivers then offers a solution that says windows 7 os not compatible with bluetooth. my old phone used to work fine however this now doesnt work either?

can anyone help?

I don't have a solution for you but if you provide more detail, i.e. your model and whether you are using the original OS, then someone may have some suggestions.
