Memory Upgrades

Hello everyone

Can you increase the memory on a PCG-GRV516G  from 512mb to 1gig or more

Hi titanic9126 and welcome,

According to Sony the maximum memory for this model is 512 MB.

I have a GR114SK and tried increasing to 1 GB but sadly no more than 512 MB was recognised although this is not a definitive answer for your model would I assume that the motherboard architecture is the limiting factor.
