How to get back the factory settings?

Hi all...

I have purchased VAIO (VGN-NS30E) one year ago.I did not prepare recovery disks.Unfortunately my hard disk failed and I replaced it with a new one.Now how can I get back my vaio pre-installed softwares and factory settings? some one please tell me.

Only way is to buy the recovery discs from Sony who will charge you around £44 or if you can find someone with exactly the same model and ask them to burn you a set that will do the trick

Give me a shout if you dont have any luck finding anyone since i may be able to assist
