I have new laptop, windows 7, use chrome browser and about every 30mins have to turn laptop off and on as I get shockwave crash. No way of closing browser just have to turn off. Am sick to death of it, all software appears up to date - any ideas??? It is not so bad in FF but have still had problem today.
