I am running under Vista Home Premium. I want to create a Boot CD. I have the 4 "recovery" discs but I do not want to re-install the system. I just want to create a boot CD. How do you do this? I am planning to reorganise the "C" and "D" partitions and I want to create a boot CD in case I corrupt the "C" drive. Can I use the recovery discs to reboot without returning the system to its factory settings? Can you advise, please.

I would download and create a bootable Vista Repair Disc.
Have a look here for both x64 and x86 versions: -
