Hi forna84,

Normally by tapping F2 at boot. You will find little that can be changed as Sony have locked the advanced settings.

Thanks rich, It works with f2 you just haave to be very fast pressing the button...

You can use VAIO Care recovery section, for that, let me know if you cannot do it.

I do not see a BIOS Option at the Assist startup, either on shift+ restart, I've tried f2,f3 etc. but no lock.
