When you say 'recorded' I'm not quite sure I understand as the device has no means of recording content directly. One would need to use an external device such as a DVD/Hard Disc Recorder or VCR.
The only thing I can think of is that you pressed the record button when viewing the programme guide - which would send a signal to a compatible device to record a particular show. However as explained, you would need another device connected to your TV to actually record something.
Shout if I have got the wrong end of the stick though.
