It is the same problem I saw few others having in the forum:
"I have bought a bravia-ps3 bundle, set up my sony account, but no voucher has been sent via email as I was told it would be. When I tried to get the voucher from http://www.sony.eu/bravia3d/ps3, a message appeared telling me that "This model is already registered"."
No public solution was given. I've contacted my local sony support via web form here in Finland, but haven't got any answer
Is there somewhere else i can contact or anything else I can do to get my games? I was planning to give the console with games as a xmas present to my son. If I dont get the games by then, there is no purpose in the whole purchase.
My serial number is 9300100 for a KDL-40nx713. I would really apreciate a quick answer and if possible an email with my voucher.
