I have the same problem I saw two others having in the forum. Unfortunately, no public solution was given.
I have bought a bravia-ps3 bundle, set up my sony account, but no voucher has been sent via email as I was told it would be.
When I tried to get the voucher from http://www.sony.eu/bravia3d/ps3, a message appeared telling me that "This model is already registered".
My serial number is 9340752 for a KDL-40hx800. I would really apreciate a quick answer and if possible an email with my voucher.

I unregistered theTV on the official SONY site - but still got the same error.
Has anyone got round this problem?

I've seen this, but no actual solution is given. One person actually got the codes, but they were sent to him/her through PM, without actually saying how it happened.
I think it suggests to call the call centre as a first step as they should be able to handle.
Post back if you still have problems though.
