Hi,
I bought a Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 last October 2010. After 1 month of use the phone restarts very often. Once it starts restarting it will be continue, and the only way to stop is remove the battery. It will restart when I make call, receive a cal, connect internet, connect wifi, or even if I keep it idle. Even I couldnt take a backup of my 700+ contacts and other messages, because the phone if I try a backup.
I have given the mobile phone for repair at Sony Ericsson Service Centre in Bangalore on January 18th, 2011.
I have talked to the service centre and to more that 6 customer care executive; everybody has assured me with false promises stating that I wil receive my set in 1 week. Now it is been 5th week.

Because of the phone problem, I have lost lot of business calls ultimately it affected my business itself. Even I lost lot of personal calls which has affected my personal life too. I have been a Sony Ericsson customer for years. But now I regret for that. Company should compensate me for the loss happened in my business and personal life. I lost my faith in the Sony Ericsson as the Company have put the defective phones in the market for sale.
