Xperia Neo V really slow after ICS

Hey everyone, after the upgrade to ICS my xperia neo v got really slow and crashes a lot!

It happens that the phone doesn't react, and that I need to wait a minute and unlock again to get back response.

It happens that the standard apps like messages and phone crashes.. Like 7 of the 10 times I open it.

Also when I'm typing a message, the phone can't follow at all and get stuck sometimes..

How can I solve this? Please help..

First backup important stuff from memory card to pc

then format your sd card from phone

then -

Update/Repair your phone via PCC OR SUS

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)

SUS ( Sony Update Service)  ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Software%20Downloads/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.12.5.exe

Nabeel, you mean that I should reset my Neo V?

You need to reinstall your phone's software again.... it will ensure clear installation

its different from reset...

Same problem here with my SE Neo and Android 4.0.4. Very, very slow.

Resolved this by only reformatting my SD card.

After this I restored my videos and pictures. Performance is very good now.

I've just ticked wipe and wipe dalvik cache in flashtool, flashed and now 4.0.4 works ok. Of course as in every ICS we've got some lacks of RAM, but it's only 512 MB. Noone said ICS will work perfect here. Performance is not as great as on Gingerbread, but we haven't many to complain about.

Exactly, My phone was smooth operting before android 4.0.4

Now it really stucks, crasher  restarting automatically...PLease Fix these issues.....sooon
