Xperia Neo V auto re-start continously

Hi,

Before 2 months I brought Xperia Neo V, Now my phone restarts continously and I am not able to go to main menu. It restarts continously until the battery ends. Should I go for replacement or service. But I am not sure, if I go for service will the same problem will repeat again.

yes SEUS (update service) could either

1) update your phone

2) repair your phone

I am trying to update through my pc but it restarts, I think I should go for repair

if you use Update Service the phone should be OFF

but use Update Service, that doesn't need your phone to be on to be updated

take the battery SD and SIM cards out, then press and hold the power button for 5 seconds, put the battery back on (only the battery) do NOT turn it on

run SEUS on your computer, you'll be prompt to connect your phone on safe mode

1st PRESS and hold the Back button DO NOT let go

2nd while holding the back button connect the USB cable do NOT release the back button

3rd wait still holding the back button

I found a temporary solution to the constant reboots xperia Neo V:
Install the app "wake lock" which prevents the processor from the phone into standby mode completely and thereby preventing a restart of the phone, which in my case the problem was I had my xperia Neo V.

Hi All,

I have just found a ridiculous answer to this problem it takes all the software upgrade, updates, mSD swapping to various brand, speed and capacity. 1 month device testing evaluation at SONY SUPPORTR CENTER INDONESIA and 1 month signal checking again at SONY SUPPORT CENTER INDONESIA... In the end of the day they just swapped the BATTERY with a NEW one and "whoa" it solves the restarting problem..had it for 1 month with new battery no restarting problems anymore...

to all just ask for a new battery trust me it works fine (restarting issue)...
