Usb Tethering in windows xp sp2 for xperia P

   Hii al....am unable to do usb tethering for my xpera P in my system..am using windows xp sp2....the sony sa104 remote ndis based device network adapter shows a yellow symbol in device mangaer showing the driver hasnt been installed properly..i tried lot of steps...but not able to do...pls help anyone...anyone having similar issue n solved it..plssss help me...:smileysad:

You need pc companion to install the phone.And enable usb debugging mode in developer options.
