Screen Unlock Pattern issue

dear friends,

some how i lost my screen unlock pattern.

when i type security connection answer it will not accept it.

i do remember my gmail credentials. but it also wont accept.

So how i log in to my phone. need good answer.

You can reinstall the software in your phone but that would result in loss of all data in phone memory.

It should accept Gmail data if you had set a gmail ID in your phone for google play store

Update/Repair your phone via PCC or SUS

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)

Yes i do registerd with google play. but my phone data connection i did not enable. when ever i need i enable it.

i can log my gmail using pc. so i put same username and password. but it wont accept.

PCC - i try. but it asked to unlock the screen to continue. so it is not work.

am so upset.

now am downloading SUS...

you should re-install the software using Sony Update Service (SUS). SUS donot need phone to be unlocked. But you will lost ur data in re-installing. however you don't have any other choice.just shutdown ur phone and install SUS on ur pc and run it and do as it says. It will definitely work.

because PCC did not work. it asked password.

My gmail user name and password 100% accurate. Why it is not work? is because my data connection dissabled?

I think there should be an option to switch on the internet.

You forgot it or the same pattern doesn't seem to work ?

Do one thing, switch off your phone and restart it, then try to draw the unlock pattern again.

What was happen, pattern get drawn on screen more than 20 times, without my knowledge. (in my pocket).

i try to switch off and on. so same it asked answer for secret question or gmail credentials. am sure i gave correct answer and gmail details. but it does not work.

may be software error on android. because am sure my self.

Definetly there should be a method to turn on internet. if not android must correct that ASAP.

Cant you find out how to switch on internet when am on that mode? if so i do not want to reinstall.
