screen pattern lock

Hello,

I've a problem....After i set the pattern lock on my phone, I cant get rid of it. In settings I can only choose between PIN, Password or Pattern lock, but the option None, Slide and Face Unlock is not available. It said: Disabled my administrator, encryption policy or credential storage.??!!

How can I disable pattern lock? I just want to have standard unlock-camera screen, without password.

have you disable anything?

settings > apps > all > scroll to the bottom

If U have  a company email, the administrator can disable it on server side, so is about exchange activesync or similar policy. Check the device administrators in settings/ security..
