problem saving contacts

hi

i hav got my arc just 2days back...

when im trying to save contact after entering data, if there is any notification or a new text message in the notification panel then the contact is not getting saved

this happened several times till now..this is driving me crazy..

also i would like to know if there is any simpler way to select multiple contacts for sending a text message like mark several contacts like in traditional phones rather than clicking add recipient all the time??

please help me out..

are you syncing your contacts with Google? is your sync on? auto sync on?

go to settings

               accounts & sync

                              check if auto-sync is selected, and make sure your google account is syncing, tap on it and check if contacts is selected

you could try Handcent SMS

it will allow you to send sms/mms to multiple contacts

Hi,

Are you getting any error message when this happens?? or is it just noving your contact?
