Play store broken

Why can't I use the play store? it always says no connection wifi work cause my tab is using the wifi too. No matter how many times i press retry still no connection.

I think my phone even facebook doesnt work but im sure the wifi works cause my laptop and tablet is using it and its working fine. Do you think i should buy a new one?

But i cleared the data of the google services framework because google play wont work i got it from here http://www.thriveforums.org/forum/toshiba-thrive-help/15161-we-unable-verify-your-account-time-pleas... after i did wifi and 3g went broken.

if that doesn't work then your data plan and/or wifi is not working, at least not with your phone.

repair it with SUS as Arnab suggested
