Phone heats and switches off

I noticed that my Xperia heats and then swithces off. It happens from time to time, each other day or so, whether the phone in case or not, wifi on and off, battery care mode off and on, but always when I dont use it.

Today I touched the phone it was very hot  and then a sign appeared on the screen in triange and it switched off. Two or free minutes it remained very hot.. didnt switched. After a battery inn-out I turned it.

Guys, do you think there is a reason to go for a local service centre?

If you git that symbol I suggest that you connect the charger and leave it be. This symbol indicates that the file system may be damaged so the phone runs a repair program on it's own. Just leave it be and it will repair itself. It may take up to an hour.

Yes, you are right!

I re-installed the software, since then 2 weeks it has switched only one time, when the battery was low and many apps were loaded.
