MHL function in xperia U

i do many reasearches about it i would like to know for real if is there MHL function in my xperia u updated to android ice cream? has anyone tested it?

in this web site they say that we could Outputs video to TV, Micro USB with MHL by xperia u.

i've tested an mhl cable and it doesnt work with the xperia u

Are you using android 4.0 in your xperia u, just to make sure about it?
