How much available space do you have in the phone and internal memory? You can check this from Settings -> Storage.

the phone memory is 874mb left and internal storage 4.03gb left

I have solved my problem by removing app called viber and moved some apps to internal storage like (color splash Effect pro,,,CUT THE ROPE FREE and CYMERA)
