Live with Walkman WT19i & speech to text

Hello. I can't get the 'speech to text' to work on my device. I've upgraded all the software, but there is still no speech icon (microphone) key on the keyboard. Does anyone know how I enable it? I searched on the web and people keep referring to the 'android keyboard. I only have an 'international keyboard' option. Thanks.
