Left Touchpad problem

Hello I have the following problem, the left touchpad works only up to the right and down. The left side of the left touch pad does not pressure sensitive. Please tell me what to do.

Well, to rule out any software issues you should try repairing the software via PC Companion.

If a software repair doesn't solve the issues you should send it in to a service center for repair.
