How to change the location?

I just bought a sony xperia tx LT29i at Hong Kong and used it for a month,

but now i have moved to America and when i try to download some app like google voice,

it says this item is not available in your country.

How can I fix this problem?

that's odd because google voice it is available here. what if you open the playstore > settings > and look for location

Thanks for answering, since i bought this phone in Hong Kong, google voice is not available there.

and i can't see the option of look for location at the Google Play settings. I think it assumed my location is Hong Kong.

perhaps it's the firmware that doesn't allow you to download the app not something else, the way to go is to debrand your phone with the global generic

Actually we need a local sim card in order to get the local apps
