phone language can change to chinese but chinese keyboard cant change/find when type message, everybody can help me..

if you want to change the whole language on the phone

settings -> scroll down until you see -> language & keyboard -> select language -> scroll all the way to the bottom

my phone can change chinese language but when text message time cannot type chinese..
