earphone is not inserted fully

hello guys.... im use XPERIA TIPO DUAL ... my earphone is not inserted fully to its hole...only half ... what type of earphone that i should use???

I have used several standard earphones and they all work perfectly.  The earphones I use ony have three rings (right, left and ground)  on the tip. 

I have some other phone earphones that are thinner (don't fit correctly) and have four rings.  The extra ring supports an external mic.

MJC is correct, however in your case please do not force the headset and please also check for any foreign object that may be stuck in the headphone jack.
