Choose video resolution output with MHL

Hello,

I have a problem with the video output on my Xperia T. If I connect it to my newest TV, it automatically outputs full (1080p) at 30hz, making all the games unplayable. And all the options of picture the TV has only makes black borders, without affecting the input resolution. But, connecting it to a very old Sony Bravia the TV shows 720 / 60... and all works  smoothly. So, my question is... What can I do to force the video output to 720p?

I found the solution by myself. Using the service menu, with the tv out test, you can select different resolutions and hz. The phone still tries the max resolution so it has to be changed every time.
