Cedar - Low Ringtone Output

Ringtone sound output is Low in my Cedar unit, the Ring volume was already set to 8.  Used downloaded ringtones and the built-in ones, but still low ringtone.

The Message alert is fine, quite loud and clear, only the ringtone is suspect.

Hi there, please make sure you do not have 'increasing ring' enabled, this can be found via Settings > Sounds and Alerts

The Increasing Ring is OFF, was never turned ON...

Still encountering the problem on all ringtones built-in or copied to the memory card.  But Message Alert is Fine and quite Loud.

Made some experiments..

When someone calls the ringtone is quite clear and loud... When the alarm was set. the sound was also quite loud.

But, when I play the ringtone on the phone, it's really Low... Quite Weird!

Since the sound works on the job, everything is ok...

When you are previewing ring tones in the phones ring tone menus. It operates with the media volume I believe, so when you are browsing between different ring tones and select to play one you can press up on the volume key on the side on the phone to increase the volume in this preview mode.
