xperia m4 aqua stuck on loading screen when turning on !! help.

hello, so my phone is acting up again. it stuck again on the loading screen (the wave thing) when i turn it on. i've tried flashing before and it doesn't work anymore. i just want to fix this so that i can sell this phone. please help? i've wasted so much money on fixing this phone.

That seems to be a hardware issue.

memory is already weak and it is so expensive to just fixing it. can't it be fixed by sony companion?
