Hi @Alias747, I am sorry to hear about what you are experiencing. 
Could you let me know in a bit more detail as to what it is that you are finding difficult in performing? Do I understand you correctly in that you want to Factory data reset your device under Settings -> Backup & reset > Factory data reset -> Reset phone? If so, where do you get stuck in this process?
Alternatively if you want to wipe the data off of your device, you may try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion.
